PASCO, Wash.- Women Helping Women Fund Tri-Cities will celebrate 25 years of empowering local women and children at its annual fundraising luncheon on October 9 at the HAPO Center in Pasco.

Since its founding, the nonprofit has awarded nearly $38 million to 193 local programs, all aimed at supporting healthy families and vibrant communities.

“This event is about more than fundraising,” said Alicia Johnson, Executive Director of Women Helping Women. “It’s about standing together for the women and children in our community.”

This year’s keynote speaker is Tanya Brown , sister of the late Nicole Brown Simpson. Tanya will share her family’s story of domestic violence, as well as her own experience and advocacy work.
