Witness testimony continues:

A key witness testified against Morris Wednesday morning.

William Robinson told jurors that Morris hit his vehicle in 2023 while driving his city-issued SUV and then improperly followed him with flashing police lights.

Robinson said Morris did not appear to be intoxicated during the incident.

A former employee of Morris is also testifying, claiming Morris was celebrating his birthday the night of the crash and was drinking.
