Delta SkyMiles continues to roll out positive changes, or in some instances, do the right thing, and leave things as is. That was recently the case when SkyMiles updated its MQD thresholds and wisely decided to leave the goals unchanged, avoiding the same type of backlash that occurred the last time they elevated thresholds.

Along with the less-is-more approach, Delta SkyMiles also announced a first-of-its-kind Route Race for its members . The unique voting system, launched a month ago, has turned out to be a major success for its members, crowning two new destinations for summer 2026.
