As a composer, Mary Ancheta has penned pieces for Hollywood North hits, from Netflix’s Snowpiercer to Hallmark’s Snowkissed.

As a bandleader, she leads several combos exploring everything from the raunchy funk of Betty Davis to post-bop jazz. As a session player, her work has included gigs at the Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York backing Indigenous singer Iskwē, to performing at the 2010 Winter Olympics and Paralympics in Vancouver.
