KALAMAZOO, Mich. (WOOD) — Ten months after the Kalamazoo County Consolidated Dispatch Authority introduced artificial intelligence to its nonemergent calls, officials are calling Ava’s use a success.
Executive Director Jeff Troyer told News 8 that his center averages 320,000 nonemergent calls each year.
