Elmira, NY (WETM) — The Wisner Market finished up its final day of the summer on Sept. 24, after switching the day from Thursday to Wednesday, to not interfere with the Corning market.
People at the market enjoy having the market over the summer to see familiar faces and bring the community together.
"I think it's nice to have some community events where people can come out," said Johnny Picarazzi, a real estate salesperson. "There's a lot of familiar faces, it's great for the community to have events like this. They can come out, socialize, see each other, catch up, and just take in the wonders of the city."
There were many food trucks, local produce, flowers, non-profits, and much more filtering through the length of the summer.
