SPRINGFIELD, Ore. - The Oregon Department of Human Services (ODHS) is asking the public for assistance in locating Stella "Clay" Dolton, a 14-year-old in foster care who went missing from Springfield on Monday and is considered to be in danger.
According to ODHS, Dolton may be attempting to travel from Eugene to the Portland area. Authorities urge anyone who believes they have seen her to contact 911 or local law enforcement immediately.
Dolton is described as 5-foot-3, weighing 140 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes.
