DALLAS — Investigators say the words “anti-ICE” were written on an unspent round found Wednesday morning at the scene of a shooting that killed one detainee and wounded two others at a Dallas Immigration and Customs Enforcement facility.

Joseph Rothrock, the FBI agent in charge of the Dallas field office, said his agency was investigating the gunfire as “an act of targeted violence.”

Homeland Security officials said three detainees were shot . One died, and two are listed in critical condit
