RICHMOND, Va. (WWBT) - Henrico County leaders want to make sure that residents in the eastern part of the county never have to worry about a lack of running water after the trouble they experienced during the January water crisis.

“The eastern part of the county, Fairfield and Varina, were impacted the most. So, Rev. Nelson and I, I mean, we were impacted. But I want to say that our entire board, we are in solidarity as far as resolving this situation,” Fairfield District Supervisor Rev. Roscoe D. Cooper III said.

Henrico County Dept. of Public Utilities Director Bentley Chan rolled out several maps showing possible expanded water pipeline plans.
