Nissha Medical Technologies (NMT) will relocate its engineering operations to Nashville from New York by March, bringing with it 38 new jobs and a projected $4.5 million investment.
The company will share incubator space for research and development at a new Center of Excellence at Vanderbilt University. NMT had already connected with the university in 2023 through a capital and business partnership with EndoTheia, an endoscopic designer and developer led by Vanderbilt faculty member Bob Webster.
