The Laurens County Sheriff's Office said one person is in custody following an incident Wednesday night.

According to the sheriff's office, deputies were called to Pineland Shores Circle in Cross Hill.

Deputies have not said what kind of incident they are investigating, but added there is no danger to the public in connection with the incident.
