PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- The Philadelphia Phillies clinched a first-round bye in the playoffs with a win over the Miami Marlins on Wednesday night.

By securing at least the No. 2 seed, the Phillies will have home-field advantage during the National League Division Series.

The first playoff game is scheduled for Saturday, Oct. 4, at Citizens Bank Park.
