CLEVELAND, Ohio - Cleveland city councilman Brian Kazy and other members of the city council will present Bone Thugs -N-Harmony with the third annual The Music Keynote to the City at a ceremony at 3 p.m. on Sunday, Sept. 28, at the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame’s Union Home Mortgage Plaza.

Bone Thugs -N-Harmony will perform following the ceremony. The event is free, but tickets are required. Fans can RSVP at rockhall.com .
