CHARLOTTESVILLE, Va. (CBS19 NEWS) -- A suspect in a shooting on West Main Street in August has been taken into custody.

Charlottesville police, with assistance from the U.S. Marshals Task Force, arrested 34-year-old Devon Bruce in the 600 block of 6th Street SE. He is being charged with being a felon in possession of a firearm.
