SIOUX CITY, Iowa (KCAU) — Fresh off a special election win in Iowa Senate District 1, Democrats converged in Le Mars on Wednesday evening at the Northwest Iowa Dinner With Democrats event.

The event was hosted by the democratic parties of five northwest Iowa counties. Some of the candidates include Ashley WolfTornabane, who is running for Iowa’s 4th Congressional District, along with State Representative Josh Turek, a candidate for the U.S. Senate Seat that is currently held by Joni Ernst.
