Snoop Dogg said he was honoured to be in Australia, as part of an awkward five-minute media interview ahead of the AFL grand final.
The AFL hand picked the reporters allowed to attend Thursday's media event with the controversial music sensation, and other members of the pre-game entertainment including Baker Boy and Mike Brady.
Hamish McLachlan hosted the media event and interviewed the rapper, but even those invited to attend weren't allowed to ask questions.
The AFL has held similar events in previous years with the likes of Katy Perry and KISS, but they have taken questions from the floor and engaged with reporters.
However, this chat went for just over five minutes before some applause and the artist being ushered from the stage alongside AFL chief Andrew Dillon.
He was brief
