Shelter leaders are asking for the public's help after someone stole donations right off the front porch of the Norfolk SPCA.
It all happened Sunday evening, just after 7 p.m.
This video shows the moment of the theft, just about half an hour after the goods were dropped off.
A man gets out of a car and takes the donations, and even goes back for a second round.
Those at the Norfolk SPCA are asking why someone would take items intended for shelter animals. The donations were left by Wagging Tails, a pet service organization out of Williamsburg.
Norfolk SPCA's director of operations, Suzy Swims, said they were left confused and shocked that someone would steal from their animals.
