LESLIE, Mich. (WILX) - WILX’s Game of the Week for Week 5 of the high school football season is Michigan Center at Leslie.

Michigan Center is 4-0 on the season after four decisive victories to start out its season. The Cardinals have already matched their win total from a year ago after finishing the season 4-5 in 2024.

Michigan Center is led by longtime head coach Troy Allen who is looking to lead his squad back to the playoffs after missing the postseason last season.

The Leslie Blackhawks continued to build on their 10-2 2024 season and are now 4-0 to start 2025. The Blackhawks after scored 160 points in their first four games and are looking to keep their high powered offense going in Friday’s matchup.
