HONOLULU (HawaiiNewsNow) - Two of the Big Island’s top high school girls’ volleyball teams will face off Thursday night.
Undefeated Kamehameha-Hawaii will host one-loss Waiakea.
Kamehameha has swept every single opponent so far.
Plus, they just got back from the Durango Classic in Las Vegas, where they got to compete against some of the best teams in the country.
“We haven’t really been talking at all about being undefeated in conference because we’ve been going to these other tournaments where we have lost some games and I think for us, I don’t care whose on the other side of the net, the courts the same size, the nets the same height,” said Kamehameha-Hawaii girls volleyball head coach Zoe Leonard.
Waiakea’s only loss of the season came against Kamehameha back in August.
