The Directorate of Education will host the Monsoon Book Reading Festival 2.0 at the State Library, Sri Vijaya Puram, from 28th September to 26th October 2025 , between 10:00 AM and 1:00 PM .

Targeted at children aged 6 to 18 years , the festival promises a range of interactive and educational activities , including skit competitions, word-building exercises, quizzes, fancy dress events, and daily English conversation practice sessions.
