New Delhi: A fresh twist has emerged in the inheritance dispute involving late industrialist Sunjay Kapur. His widow, Priya Sachdev Kapur, has approached the Delhi High Court seeking a confidentiality agreement before revealing details of his personal assets.

In her plea, Priya requested that Sunjay’s mother, Rani Kapur, along with his children from his first marriage to actor Karisma Kapoor, Samaira and Kiaan Raj Kapur, be required to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) before accessing documents related to the estate. She further asked the court to allow the submission of a list of Kapur’s movable and immovable assets in a sealed envelope to maintain confidentiality. The application is being heard by Justice Jyoti Singh.
