NEW DELHI: Priya Sachdev Kapur has moved the Delhi high court seeking permission to file details of her late husband Sunjay Kapur’s assets in a sealed cover. The plea has been filed in the partition suit by Bollywood actor Karisma Kapoor and Sunjay Kapur’s two children, Samaira and Kiaan Raj, who are seeking a share in their father’s estate. The court had earlier directed Priya, Sunjay’s third wife, to provide a list of his assets. Justice Jyoti Singh made the observation while hearing an application moved by Sunjay Kapur's wife Priya Sachdev Kapur, seeking permission to file the list of his personal assets and liabilities in a sealed cover with the parties to be bound by confidentiality, or in the alternative, constitution of Confidentiality Club.
