Around three million UK drivers may have no idea they could apply for a blue badge, experts say.

The badges are used by people with disabilities or mobility issues to allow them to park more easily, to spare them having to walk long distances.

Users may be able to park on double yellow lines or in disabled bays.

But there are some little-known conditions people have which may allow them to apply for a badge.

These people may automatically assume they don't qualify - or may never have even thought about it.

Conditions could include epilepsy, autism, ADHD, mental health conditions, heart conditions and chronic pain.
