Police have seized Chaitanyanand's Volvo car from the basement of Sri Sharda Institute, which had a fake diplomatic number plate.

A serious allegation of sexual harassment of several female students has been made against Swami Chaitanyanand Saraswati alias Parthasarathy, who claims to be a Godman, at Shri Sharda Institute of Indian Management-Research in Vasant Kunj, Delhi.

According to police, the accused would trap students by threatening them, sending obscene messages, and luring them with foreign trips. He called students to his room late at night multiple times and threatened them with low grades.
