(KFVS) - Showers moving across the Heartland should start to end by this afternoon as a drier and warmer pattern arrives.
Skies will be partly cloudy to mostly sunny this afternoon with highs in the upper 70s.
Clouds will continue to clear this evening, allowing temperatures to drop into the 50s.
Friday is looking sunny and warmer with highs in the upper 70s to around 80 degrees.
The weekend will also be sunny and warmer with highs in the mid-80s.
Next week is looking dry and warm as the pattern appears to continue, at least for the first half of the week.
