The Government of Odisha’s General Administration & Public Grievance Department has issued a comprehensive notification announcing a series of transfers and postings of senior officers from the Odisha Administrative Service (OAS).

The reshuffle affects key departments including Parliamentary Affairs, Health & Family Welfare, Higher Education, and Urban Development.

Among the notable changes:

Shri Sibo Narayan Sahu , Deputy Director General (Admin.), Gopabandhu Academy of Administration, has been appointed as Special Secretary to the Government, Parliamentary Affairs Department.

Dr. Monalisa Lenka takes over as Deputy Director General (Admin.) at the Gopabandhu Academy, replacing Shri Sahu.

Smt. Soojata Mesra will continue as Special Secretary in the ST & SC Development, Minorities
