Dennis Lebwohl loved the law, art and puns. Though he died in 2023 at age 78, his widow, Debra Michlewitz of East Falmouth and New York, wanted to honor his art achievements in an exhibit of his works.

The show, “Life’s Work: Untitled, Unsigned” will be on display in the Sigel Gallery at the Falmouth Art Center for the month of October.

An opening reception for the show is scheduled for Friday, October 10, from 4 to 6 PM.

The title of the show refers, Michlewitz said, to a lifetime of ephemera Lebwohl left behind, including impromptu drawings executed on hotel stationery reflecting his worldwide travels, half-used ledger pages and assorted samples of interesting paper, including candy boxes.
