Like other members of New Hampshire law enforcement, I’ve seen the threats to our communities change over time, and we have always worked hard to adapt. Illicit vaping products flooding our state are one of these new, evolving threats. On their face, it may not seem that ominous. Vapes are often brightly colored, candy-flavored, and some even include games built right into them. They may seem harmless, but their impact is much broader than many consider. These illicit products are sold in stores all over the Granite State, often smuggled, and bring criminal elements along with them.
