Mangaluru, Sep 25: NSS activities inauguration, orientation & NSS Day celebration held on September 24. This programme aimed to welcome new NSS volunteers, familiarize them with NSS programmes & commemorate the founding of the National service scheme.

The resource person of the programme Rekha S N, associate professor, Department of English, Dr G Shankar Government Women's First Grade College and Post Graduate Centre, Ajjarakad, Udupi was inaugurated programme by lamp lighting & watering fruit sapling. The resource person motivated NSS volunteers through her valuable experiences and insights as NSS officer. She also highlighted the profound impact of service & its impact on Nation.
