PORTSMOUTH — There is now a waiting list for people seeking monthly passes at the city’s Foundry Place parking garage , city public works director Peter Rice confirmed.

There is no waiting list currently for the city's High-Hanover parking garage , according to Rice,.

“Hanover has spaces available and there’s a waiting list at Foundry,” Rice said on Sept. 24.
