A serious incident unfolded in Cornwall last night and a police cordon remains in place outside an address in the Camelford area today.

CornwallLive reports that the emergency services were called to the scene on Treclago View at around 10pm on Wednesday, September 24.

Police received reports of concerns for the welfare of two people in a property. CornwallLive understands the air ambulance landed nearby late last night.

Devon and Cornwall Police are at the scene this morning and a cordon is in place in the area. Officers are carrying out enquiries into the incident and are appealing for anyone with information to get in contact.
