It has been a good week for health inspections in the Tennessee Valley, but one restaurant is on the edge of a failing score.

Cleveland’s Keith Street Subway received a score of 71.

Health inspectors found the restaurant's slicer, used for multiple kinds of perishable foods, was not properly cleaned/sanitized after two days of frequent use.

Along with this, multiple meats (chicken and steak specifically) were not properly refrigerated, and meatballs from the day before were reheated improperly.

The manager was unable to locate the kitchen thermometer and was found to have multiple single use food containers and utensils stored beneath the kitchen’s handwashing sink.
