NEW DELHI: The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) has appointed senior leader and National Vice President, Baijayant Jay Panda, as the Election In-Charge for the forthcoming Tamil Nadu Assembly elections. The announcement was made by BJP National President Jagat Prakash Nadda.
According to the official notification issued by Arun Singh, BJP National General Secretary and Headquarters In-charge, the appointment takes immediate effect.
Alongside Panda, Murlidhar Mohol, Minister of State for Cooperation and Civil Aviation in the Government of India, has been designated as the Election Co-In-Charge for Tamil Nadu.
