Highs Thursday will reach the upper 60s to low 70s, with a cooler feel due to clouds and rain.

The showers Thursday morning will become steadier in the afternoon. There is a chance for some thunderstorms in the afternoon and evening, especially in southern zones. Impacts include downpours.

Rain may reduce visibility and cause ponding on roadways, especially during after-school and evening commutes.

Many areas could see more than an inch of rain.
