Millie Bobby Brown is taking on an Olympic role for her next project.

The actor is in final negotiations to portray Olympic gold medalist Kerri Strug in a new film titled “Perfect,” directed by Gia Coppola and written by Ronnie Sandahl, TODAY.com confirms. 30WEST is executive producing.

Deadline, who first reported the news Sept. 24, notes that while the deal isn't closed, the biopic could be headed to Netflix, with plans to start filming in the spring.
