(Undated) — South Dakota authorities are cracking down on illegal products in smoke shops. Attorney General Marty Jackley announced Wednesday that five store owners across the state have been indicted following a sting that uncovered sales of dangerous and illegal items like THC pre-rolls and mushroom pills. The stores involved include All the Smoke in Aberdeen, Masterpiece Smoke Shop in Pierre, Puff City and Blazin Aces in Sioux Falls, and ZyGlam in Rapid City. Jackley says the operation sends a warning to other businesses to follow the law or face consequences, and he plans to work with lawmakers on tougher penalties and age limits.
