A pensioner has been banned from being naked in public for the next six years after he was found with a huge haul of nude selfies on his camera. ‌

Derek Holliday was found with 3,000 images of himself naked in public when he was arrested for carrying out a solo sex act on a golf course. ‌

A sheriff told 74-year-old Holliday that he posed a danger to the public and to himself as he could be attacked by horrified members of the public. ‌

Holliday was discovered with a bag containing swimming trunks, ladies underwear and a male sex toy when he was found masturbating naked in broad daylight.

Sheriff Tim Niven-Smith imposed an unusual restriction of liberty order, banning Holliday from leaving his home between noon and 8pm each day for eight months.
