OAK GROVE, Ky. (WSMV) - A couple in Kentucky is facing charges after police found three children were found living in a home full of trash, feces and bugs, according to WKDZ Radio.

WKDZ reports that officers with the Oak Grove Police Department responded to a home on Pembroke Oak Grove Road for an accidental 911 call.

When police arrived at the home, they were met by 34-year-old Matthew Carter and a 2-year-old. WKDZ said the child was naked and covered in feces when they came to the door, and when police asked Carter to put clothes on the child, he reportedly responded saying he did not have any.
