Target has started its seasonal hiring spree.

The company announced Wednesday that it will hire more than 1,000 workers in the San Diego region to help with holiday stocking, merchandising, order fulfillment and sales.

“At Target, the holiday season means so much — both to our guests and our dedicated team members in San Diego,” said Leanne Pithey, Target’s group vice president for Southern California. “This holiday season, we are committed to hiring over a thousand seasonal team members to help provide the best possible shopping experience for our Southern California community.”

At San Diego Target stores, current openings include early morning and late-night stocking roles and roles in order fulfillment, merchandising, clothing sales and more.
