An influencer from Gurugram has alleged a disturbing case of stalking and harassment by a police officer. A video by Shiwangi Peswani has gone viral, where she narrated how a cop stalked her movement and sent her unsolicited and disturbing messages on Instagram.

Peswani said the incident occurred on September 14, when she returned home to Gurugram. When she reached around 12:45 am, she received a comment on her reel by an apparently female user, who claimed to know her exact car details, location and movements.

She initially thought it was a female follower, but the person told her that they belonged to the police. Shiwangi had realised that a male officer in a police vehicle was following her on that day. When she spoke to the person on DM, the person revealed that he had been tracking
