A 40-year-old man died in a motorcycle crash in Marshfield, Vermont, this week.

State police say troopers responded around 9:32 p.m. Tuesday to a report of a crash involving a single motorcycle near the intersection of US Route 2 and Onion River Road and arrived to find the operator was unresponsive.

CPR was performed, but the man was pronounced dead on scene, police said. He has since been identified as Christopher Skinner, of Plainfield, Vt.
