Garrett Crochet likely closed his book on a spectacular 2025 regular season with the Boston Red Sox. Their new ace is ready to keep going.

Crochet led Boston to a monumental 7-1 win over the Toronto Blue Jays on Wednesday night. The 26-year-old leads MLB with 205 1/3 innings pitched after tossing eight scoreless frames at the Rogers Centre.

While the converted reliever has worked far more than anticipated, Crochet has turned his attention to anchoring Boston’s playoff rotation.
