(NewsNation) — William Shatner was rushed to the hospital on Wednesday after experiencing a medical emergency, according to TMZ.
The “Star Trek” actor was having blood sugar issues at his Los Angeles home, his agent, Harry Gold, told TMZ.
Shatner, 94, reportedly called emergency services as a precaution and was transported to a local hospital where he was examined. He’s already home, according to Gold, who said “he’s fine.”
Shatner is probably most known for playing the iconic Captain James T. Kirk on “Star Trek” in the 1960s. He recently told The Telegraph that he didn’t make any money when reruns of the show aired.
