OMAHA, Neb. —
Starting Friday, September 26th, 29th Street in downtown Omaha will temporarily close.
The closure starts at 7 a.m. and will be in effect until 2:30 p.m. while contractors pour concrete on the Harney Street bridge.
PREVIOUS COVERAGE:
Traffic will be able to access to the I-480 southbound ramp.
The Harney Street bridge is scheduled to be fully rebuilt by the end of 2025; then in 2026 the same process will happen on the Farnam Street bridge.
This construction is for the Omaha Streetcar Project.
