EUCLID, Ohio -- The City of Euclid has launched its first round of home improvement grants through the newly created Housing Accessibility and Rehabilitation Grant program, offering qualifying homeowners up to $7,500 for critical repairs and upgrades.

The grants are funded through the city’s annual allocation of Community Development Block Grant funding from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development. Since January 2024, Euclid has invested $253,000 in health, safety and well-being home improvements using these federal funds for projects including furnace replacements, vinyl siding, exterior paint and roofing.
