When most people think of the NFL , they think of the players on the field, but that’s only a small piece of a larger operation. The front office is crucial to assembling a Super Bowl team.

The Athletic recently polled NFL executives to find who has the best front office in the league, and the reigning Super Bowl Champion Philadelphia Eagles came out on top. The Baltimore Ravens , Los Angeles Rams , Green Bay Packers and Buffalo Bills rounded out the top five.

In the NFL, success must start at the top.
