AMARILLO, Texas (KAMR/KCIT) - Two people accused of being involved in a July 3 drive-by shooting that led to the death of one woman were indicted in Randall County on murder and aggravated assault charges.

According to court documents, Anakin Kane Harrison and Jacob Mikiel McCormick were both indicted on one count of alleged murder and one count of alleged aggravated assault by recklessly firing a gun at a home from a motor vehicle.

The indictments come after Kristie Ann Harris was shot in the head during a reported drive-by shooting on July 3, in the 11000 block of Double D Road. She died from her injuries on July 15.

As noted in previous reports, court documents said Harrison and McCormick allegedly traveled with one other person to Harris’ home in the early morning hours of July 3. T
