The interesting early season of the University of Northern Colorado football team continues this weekend in Greeley for the first time in nearly a month when the Bears host Idaho State in their Big Sky Conference opener.

Kickoff is 1 p.m. Saturday for the homecoming game at Nottingham Field, where UNC has not played since defeating Chadron State 17-3 in its first game of the season Aug. 30.

What’s happened since? • The Bears nearly beat Colorado State in Fort Collins.
