The death of a 10-month-old who died at a childcare facility in Minnesota prompted a state investigation and a warning that parents should monitor their children for potential symptoms.
The infant died at the Rocking Horse Ranch Childcare facility in the city of Savage on Monday, according to a press release from police. It was not clear how the child died as police said an autopsy was being conducted to determine the official cause of death.
"As a precautionary measure, families with children who attend this childcare facility should closely monitor their children and seek immediate medical attention if they exhibit altered mental status, unusual behavioral changes, or other concerning symptoms," police said.
