SENECA FALLS, N.Y. (WSYR-TV) -- A 26-year-old man from Wisconsin is being charged in two counties, accused of luring a 12-year-old girl from her home in Onondaga County and raping her at a hotel in Seneca County.

The Onondaga County Sheriff's Office first arrested Brandon Szyszkiewicz on September 12 in relation to the abduction part of the investigation. He's charged with custodial interference, endangering the welfare of a child, and luring a child.

Town of Seneca Falls Police took custody of Szyszkiewicz early in the morning on Thursday, September 25, arresting him from the Onondaga County Jail.

He's charged with five counts of rape in the first degree and one count of endangering the welfare of a child.

After being arraigned in Seneca County, Szyszkiewicz was sent back to the Onond
